What do I do if I am missing points I should have received?
Please contact customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at 1-800-521-0751 so we can look into this for you. Note, we issue points after your order ships so double check that first.
How do I check my points balance?
Once you are logged in on the Concordia Supply website, click on the My Account Sign In button located at the top right-hand side of the page on the green bar and select "Rewards" tab. At the top of your Rewards Dashboard you will see a welcome message with your name, and in the same row, will see your Points Balance. The Activity tab on your Rewards Dashboard shows all of our recent activity. NOTE Points will be added to your account as soon as your order is shipped.
Why aren't my points available right away?
Some of your points will be available for redemption immediately in your account (e.g. account creation and newsletter sign-up). However, points from purchases will be pending until the order has shipped.
What do I get with my points?
150 Points = Earn a $5 reward 300 Points = Earn a $10 reward 750 Points = Earn a $25 reward 1500 Points = Earn a $50 reward
How do I earn points?
MAKE A PURCHASE You earn 1 point for every $1 you spend. Points are calculated based on the purchase of product (excludes taxes or shipping costs). Points are issued when product is shipped. If an order is cancelled or returned, any Loyalty Points awarded for the purchase will be removed from your account. CREATING AN ACCOUNT Create a Concordia Supply account and automatically earn 20 points! No special loyalty account sign-up is needed in order to join the loyalty program
What happens to my points if I return products?
Points will be deducted upon receipt of any returned items. You will see this point deducation in your activity section.
Will I get points for purchases I made prior to the start of the Concordia Rewards program?
Purchase points are only available for orders placed as of January 1, 2020, or later.
