Church Supply Returns

Do I Need Approval To Return?
For general church supplies approval is required.
Contact us, before returning your items. Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

1) Please contact us at 1-800-521-0751 to get approval_ before returning
Generally only unopened items, in resellable condition, are accepted for returns (*see exceptions).

2) Print our Return Authorization sent from us

3) Include the printed form to your packaged returns

4) Ship Your Return
Pack securely and ship via a trackable shipment method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit/refund to be received and processed.
*Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility

Do I have to pay for return shipping costs?
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless there was an error on our part. These must be approved beforehand by our team and we will issue a shipping label.

NOTE: Select seasonal items, custom banners, and other custom products are generally not returnable for credit. You must contact us prior to returning.
