How To Complete a Return

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

1) Review Your Return Privileges
Generally only unopened items, in resellable condition, are accepted for returns (*see exceptions below).

2) Fill Out Return Form
Print and include this form with your return. Make a copy for your own records. This form is required for every return.

3) Ship Your Return
Pack securely and ship via a trackable shipment method (UPS, FedEx, or USPS). Please allow up to 5 business days for your credit/refund to be received and processed.

Do I Need Approval To Return?

For general church supplies approval is required.

Contact us, before returning your items. Must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.

NOTE: Select seasonal items, custom banners, and other custom products are generally not returnable for credit. You must contact us prior to returning.

VBS Returns

No Approval Required

Simply fill out this return form

We have the best VBS return policy! You can return even after your VBS is over. However, we do request you send your returns within one week of your VBS ending.

VBS 2018 return deadline is 9/1/2019. No returns will be accepted after this date.

Starter Kits are ok to return if opened for preview. Generous 90 day preview period for starter kits.

VBS Stock Items must be in original packaging and in resellable condition.
